How Can I Shop?

We want to make shopping at Kempt as fun, simple, and reliable. Here's how you can shop with us -

In person at our Downtown Athens location - 175 N Lumpkin (right between the Georgia Theatre and Little Italy Pizza)
Online at kemptathens.com - we can ship, we do local Athens delivery, and we offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup. No matter where you are, or where you're headed we can get you your goods (inside the continental US, okay? chill, Magellan.)
Follow us on Instagram - @kemptathens. We upload tons of content of styled outfits, new arrivals, and run special promos over there. Send us a message on instagram if you want to order anything you see there and we can handle it!

Return Policy

In Store Returns :

Thanks for shopping at Kempt! All tagged, unwashed and unworn purchases, can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Within 30 days, a store credit will be issued for the amount returned. Marked down items are returnable* within 30 days for store credit only. Bathing suits, undergarments, socks, and headwear are not returnable.

Online Returns :

Thanks for shopping at Kempt! All full-price, unwashed and unworn purchases with tags, can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of order delivery.

Postmark your purchase within 14 days for a full refund, and within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Marked down and sale items are returnable* within 30 days for store credit only, undergarments, socks, and headwear are not returnable.

Reach out to us at team@kemptathens.com, or request a return from your account on our website. We can provide a pre-paid USPS return label for a flat rate of $9 (deducted from your refund amount.)
